TOPEKA - The state’s August collections are slightly above estimates with total tax collections at $497.2 million; $2.9 million or 0.59% more than the estimate. Those collections are also $2.8 million more than the same month in Fiscal Year 2019.

Governor ends CGI contracts

TOPEKA - After an exhaustive review of the agreements between the State of Kansas and CGI, an information technology company, Governor Laura Kelly announced today that the Kansas Department of Revenue (KDOR) is terminating their two state contracts.

Division of Vehicles opens new driver’s license office in Dodge City

TOPEKA - Beginning Monday, February 25th, a new office in Dodge City will be available for Kansas residents to obtain their driver’s licenses. The opening of this office is part of the “Driver’s License Office Refresh Project” which started in 2018 to upgrade or create new driver’s license office locations across the state.
